ABBENHOUSE DESIGN is an owner run business specializing in prototyping with a background in tool and fixture design. We have designing and building products and test systems for 20 years.

Our design philosophy is simplicity itself. Complexity is easy, generally complex designs become process sensitive. Keep the design as simple as possible and let the form follow function.

We work from a variety of inputs from a phone conversation describing the need, to a list of requirements we derive from your user needs.

Of course we also work to fully dimensioned drawings and/or datasets.

 

We use the latest CAD/CAM tools.

Formats include – Solid Works -  Pro Engineer - 3D file types IGES - STEP - STL - Parasolid - 2D formats DXF- PDF.
